  1. Prep the avocado and egg

  3. Combine wet and dry
    Gently mix the dry ingredients into the avocado-egg mixture. Fold in the chopped fresh herbs.
  4. Make the waffles
    • Lightly grease the waffle iron with olive oil or non-stick spray. Preheat according to the manufacturer's instructions.
    • Scoop the batter into the waffle iron (adjust portion size based on your waffle maker).
    • Cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden and firm.
