In a small bowl, combine the flax egg with blended silken tofu and almond milk.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together quinoa flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.

Stir the tofu mixture into the dry ingredients until fully combined. Fold in the chopped fresh herbs.

Lightly grease the waffle iron with olive oil or non-stick spray. Preheat according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
